The house
In the tradition of the great fashion houses, a house is not a building but a way of working. Dracula House of Fashion brings together the people who draw, cut, stitch and inspect every piece, under the direction of The Creator. The house keeps its own pace: it does not follow fashion’s hurried seasons, and a piece appears when it is ready. It is defined not by walls but by rules: the same three marks on every piece, the same standard from the first sketch to the last stitch.

The Creator is a character of the house, imagined as a designer: a person of the craft, not a fantastical figure. The house, by contrast, is real: the team, the atelier, the standards and the three marks.
The three marks of the house
I. Deep black
The calm foundation for everything else. A black that is chosen, not accidental.
II. The red thread
The line that leads the eye, placed with intent. On the wallet, briefcase and backpack, red traces the edge. On the tote and the scarf it becomes a surface. Its role stays the same: it shows the eye where to go.
III. Matte black hardware and the DD monogram
Strength that does not glitter. The monogram reveals itself only when you look closely, like a seal on a letter.
The hardware is described from the image; material and finish await the manufacturer’s specification.
The house standard in five steps
The steps describe the standard the house sets itself. Technical production details are confirmed by documentation.
- The sketch. Every piece begins on paper, as a single silhouette. A form that cannot stand on its own goes no further.
- The cut. The pattern is laid down and cut once. The house standard requires precision to be decided beforehand, not corrected afterwards.
- The red stitch. The thread follows the edge like an architectural outline, in a steady rhythm, never hurried. The red line must look natural.
- The inspection. Every piece is examined in low, raking light that reveals any deviation: a longer stitch, an edge that does not close, an asymmetry. A piece that does not pass goes no further.
- The monogram. Only at the end does the piece receive its DD monogram, the sign that it has met the house standard. Then it goes into the black box.
The house standard: leather
Our standard begins with the leather. We use full-grain Italian calfskin: the top layer of the hide, kept whole with its natural grain. We select only vegetable-tanned hides, chosen by batch so that the shade of black matches from one piece to the next. The finish is matte: the leather is not coated to shine. It is left to develop a patina of its own over time. Edges are painted by hand, layer by layer. The stitching is done with waxed thread, chosen for its strength and for the clean line it leaves.

It is the rule by which every piece is judged. It does not mean decoration. It means the detail does the work: an edge that closes cleanly, a thread that never strays, a monogram that asks for no attention, a proportion that sits naturally in the hand.
